Dance performance held at Arts Center
ST. PETER — The Rural Route Dance Ensemble will perform “Project Luna” at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Arts Center of Saint Peter, 315 S. Minnesota Ave.
The performance is an original multimedia show with modern dance, live music, spoken word and visual art.
Admission is $10. Doors open at 7 p.m. for a pre-show reception with cash refreshments provided by Patrick’s on Third and Morgan Creek Vineyards.

Celtic Harp Concert performed in Waseca
WASECA — The Waseca Arts Council presents Celtic harp artist Amy Kortuem in concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Art Center, 200 State St. N.
Kortuem will perform an evening of traditional Irish and original music.
Tickets are $17. There is no charge for students accompanied by paying adults. Tickets are available by phoning the Art Center at 507-835-1701.
The auditorium is on the second floor and without elevator -- it is not handicapped accessible. The concert is being sponsored in part by the E.F. Johnson Foundation/Waseca Area Foundation.

MLWLA fundraiser benefits water
MADISON LAKE — The Madison Lake and Watershed Association will hold their “Ice Breaker” Banquet at 6 p.m. Friday at Point Pleasant Resort.
The event features a beef, chicken and fish buffet dinner, silent auction, raffle and games throughout the evening.
Funds raised for the MLWLA will help with the organization’s mission to improve the water quality of the entire watershed, including Madison Lake.

Learn and teach at Re-Skilling Festival
MANKATO — A Re-Skilling festival will be held from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday at the Center for Earth Spirituality and Rural Ministry, 170 Good Counsel Drive.
