MANKATO — A Wisconsin teenager allegedly entered a Mankato house without permission, stripped naked and ignored an occupant’s orders to leave.
Police responded to a report of an intruder early Saturday morning and found a naked Joseph Michael Roosen, 18, of Prescott, Wisconsin, asleep on a couch.
Roosen was intoxicated and thought he was at a different residence, according to a court complaint. He reportedly had fake identification cards in his wallet and admitted to using them to get into bars.
A female occupant told police she awoke to noise downstairs, saw Roosen and asked what he was doing. Roosen did not respond and took his pants off, the woman said.
Another occupant reported he yelled at the naked man to leave multiple times but Roosen said, “Whatever, dude,” and then ignored him.
Roosen was charged Monday in Blue Earth County District Court with felony burglary and misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, trespassing, possessing a fake ID and underage consumption.
